We bake our doughnuts fresh every morning and ship them using overnight express delivery. Each doughnut is individually heat-sealed in eco-friendly packaging to maintain moisture and flavor until they reach your doorstep.
Can I pre-order doughnuts for a specific event or date?
Absolutely! You can select a future delivery date during the checkout process. We recommend placing large event orders at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability of your favorite seasonal flavors.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of both vegan and gluten-friendly doughnuts. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that all our products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my doughnuts if I don't eat them immediately?
For the best experience, consume your doughnuts on the day of arrival. If you need to save them, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 24 hours. We do not recommend refrigeration as it can dry out the dough.
